Quality Education

The Street-to-School Project

This project is focused on addressing the educational gaps faced by children in rural communities, where limited access to learning resources and essential life skills often hinders academic and personal growth. Through biweekly sessions that provide literacy support, numeracy development, and educational materials, the project equips children with the foundational knowledge needed to build brighter futures.

Project Details

Many children in rural communities face significant barriers to education, including limited access to books, learning materials, and opportunities to develop essential life skills. Without these foundational resources, children often struggle with literacy and numeracy, miss opportunities for personal development, and are left unprepared for future academic and life challenges.

The Street to School Project is designed to bridge this gap by creating an engaging and supportive learning environment where children can access both educational support and life skills development. Through biweekly sessions, the project provides children with literacy and numeracy instruction, educational materials such as storybooks and writing kits, and practical life skills training focused on areas like personal development and problem-solving. It also involves parents and caregivers, reinforcing learning beyond the classroom and helping to create a stronger support system for every child.
