The Earth & Me Project
This project works to address the low awareness of environmental responsibility among children in Nigeria, focusing on climate education and personal hygiene. Our work is centered on teaching about the earth, ozone layer depletion, harmful everyday activities, and practical actions children could take to protect their environment and adopt healthier habits.

Project Details
In Nigeria, many children lack adequate awareness of environmental responsibility and basic hygiene practices, which contributes to harmful everyday behaviours affecting both health and the environment.
We address this gap through interactive outreach sessions focused on climate awareness and personal hygiene. Children are taught about the earth, the importance of the ozone layer, and how common activities at home and in school can contribute to environmental damage.
The sessions also introduce simple, practical actions such as proper waste disposal and adopting cleaner daily habits. Children are encouraged to apply what they learn in school and at home, and to share the knowledge with parents and peers to encourage wider behavioural change within their communities.
